All Night Skate-A-Thon 2009

The All Night Skate-A-Thon is a chance for all the skaters, BMX riders, and inline skaters to raise money to benefit The Park ~ Skatepark & Teen Center.  Everyone must collect a minimum of $100 to stay the night and participate in some great games and tournaments, wrestle in The Park's sumo suits, and chow down on tons of food.  Every $500 a participant raises earns them a free item out of The Park's Skateshop and every $1,000 a particpant raises earns them a FREE YEAR of skating, biking, and/or inline skating!!!!  We are trying to beat our all time best of $6,850 set in 2007 with 2 skaters bringing in $5,000 of that total.  A total of 6 years of free skating was given out.

If anyone is interested in participating in this years All Nighter please stop by The Park and pick up all the necessary items to start your fundraising efforts.  Ways to fundraise for the All Nighter include:  1) Asking family and friends, 2) Asking local businesses, 3) Going door to door in your community, and many more.  Are you ready to support Maine's Largest Indoor Skatepark??
