  • Thursday Creative Connections – Ever checked out the walls in the skatepark before? They are colorful works of art created by local youth. Let’s keep that artistic energy alive at The Park by creating new art – visual or fine – from 12-3 PM. We can paint murals, write poetry, have an open mic hour – the possibilities are endless. Show up with whatever inspires you – a paintbrush, pen, guitar or fiddle. Together, we’ll create!
Don’t forget that we host all-ages concerts on the weekends, too. Call us at 443-8900 or check www.bathskatepark.com to find out what’s happening here at The Park!

Summer Movie Matinee Schedule:

WEDNESDAY JUNE 18TH @ 4 PM
School of Rock, Rated PG-13
Celebrate the last day of school with hilarious Jack Black and friends!

TUESDAY IS MOVIE MADNESS - THE FUN STARTS @ 12:30 PM

June 24th: A double-header of fun!
The Bad News Bears, Rated PG
The original 1976 movie starring Walter Matheau & Tatum O’Neil, an aging, down-on-his-luck ex-minor leaguer coaches a baseball team of misfits in an ultra-competitive California little league.

Benchwarmers, Rated PG-13
Athletically challenged misfits Clark (Jon Heder), Gus (Rob Schneider) and Richie (David Spade) learn it's never too late to go for the glory in this goofy sports comedy that proves every (under)dog has its day. Humiliated as children on the baseball field, the now-adult trio of losers forms a three-man team to take on the top Little League squads, becoming unlikely champions for every uncoordinated kid with dreams of being a home-run hero.

July 1st: A 21st Century fight for freedom
Independence Day, Rated PG-13
When aliens in enormous spacecraft suddenly arrive in Earth's atmosphere and start blowing things up, it falls to a cocky pilot (Will Smith) and a goofy scientist (Jeff Goldblum) to save the planet from total destruction. With plenty of action, special effects sequences and pithy one-liners, Independence Day is one of the 1990s' best popcorn flicks. Bill Pullman co-stars as the gung-ho president who urges his citizens to fight back.

July 8th: A Disney Classic
The Rescuers, Rated G
Join brave mice Bernard (voiced by Bob Newhart) and Miss Bianca (Eva Gabor) on their mission to save Penny, a missing orphan who has sent an urgent call for help from Devil's Bayou. The tiny heroes will need all their cunning to rescue Penny from the hilariously evil Madame Medusa (Geraldine Page), who's using the girl to retrieve the world's largest diamond.

July 15th: Slick back your hair & break out your poodle skirts!
Grease, Rated PG
Good girl Sandy (Olivia Newton John) and greaser Danny (John Travolta) fell in love over the summer. But when they unexpectedly discover they're now in the same high school, will they be able to rekindle their romance?

The Outsiders, Rated PG
Francis Ford Coppola's drama about teen turmoil in rural Oklahoma features nearly every big name of 1980s cinema -- including Tom Cruise, Matt Dillon, Emilio Estevez, C. Thomas Howell, Diane Lane, Ralph Macchio and Patrick Swayze. In this faithful adaptation of S.E. Hinton's popular novel, the hardscrabble "Greasers" face off against the affluent "Socs," and the resulting conflict proves sad and deadly for these ultimately lovable delinquents.
